Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to build robust test automation solutions and improve software quality through engineering excellence. As an SDET, you will work alongside software engineers to develop maintainable automation frameworks, enhance testability, and integrate automated testing throughout the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a strong programming background and enjoys solving complex engineering challenges while ensuring high-quality software delivery. Responsibilities * Design and develop scalable automation frameworks. Build automated UI, API, integration, and end-to-end tests. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code. Develop testing utilities and internal QA tools. Collaborate with developers during feature design and implementation. Review code for quality and testability. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Perform root cause analysis for automation failures. Improve test coverage and automation stability. Mentor QA and Automation Engineers. Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews. Drive continuous improvement in testing practices.
