About the role

We are looking for a QA Lead to oversee the Quality Assurance function across multiple engineering teams. The successful candidate will define testing strategies, lead QA initiatives, mentor engineers, and ensure software quality aligns with organizational goals. You will collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, Architects, and DevOps teams to establish quality standards, improve automation maturity, and deliver reliable software releases. Responsibilities * Lead and manage the QA team. Define organization-wide QA strategies. Allocate testing resources across projects. Review project requirements and estimate testing effort. Establish testing standards and best practices. Drive automation adoption across teams. Monitor quality metrics and KPIs. Conduct performance reviews and mentor QA engineers. Collaborate with stakeholders on release planning. Identify process improvements and implement QA governance. Manage risk assessment and defect prioritization. Oversee production validation and release readiness. Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards. Present quality reports to leadership.
